We hope that we can grow into a club that everyone can be proud of supporting”, comments Chairman and Co-Manager Luke Smith. e switch became o cial on 2nd June. Hythe & Dibden Women will be holding open sessions Wednesdays, 6.45pm to 8.30pm for anyone interested. Playing their rst pre-season at home, at the Hythe Garage Services Stadium on the 21st July, in what should be an exciting summer for the club. eir rst o cial league match is yet to be announced but you can keep up to date with them on social media via @HytheDibdenWomen for their Instagram or Facebook via ‘Hythe & Dibden FC Women’ where all exciting news and prospects to get involved with the club are announced. Whether it’s as a player, coaching or with sponsorship, the women’s game is growing and there’s always opportunities to help make a di erence in your local community and you can do so with the Women’s team. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EVENTS New Forest District Council and Hampshire Constabulary will be attending community engagement events locally to obtain the views of residents and visitors of the New Forest on crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour for consideration of future priorities for the partnership. Free bike marking will also be o ered during the events. e team will be at St omas Street car park in Lymington on Thursday 4th July, 9am–12noon and Totton Precinct on Wednesday 10th July, 9am–12noon.
