His festival menu has been curated to showcase the best seasonal produce from land and sea. It’s also about creating an experience, with a blend of classic cooking techniques combined with the theatre of a giant American BBQ smoker. Organisers are also looking to build on their sustainability e orts which saw 67.5% of all festival waste recycled in 2022.
